For those of you who don’t know me, I am a writer – heart and soul. Sticking to just one genre just won’t do for me; I love fiction, non-fiction, romance, thrillers, mysteries, paranormal, how-to’s, self-help, you name it!
Every day I can come up with a new story or book idea. On my bedroom wall, there is a list of books to read, as well as, a list of books to write. Some books already have titles while others have a synopsis. I believe in not limiting myself which I think is why my brain can turn out so many book ideas.
In the future, you will see more romance stories, a book on déja vu and some self-help books, to name a few.
The first self-help book will be 4 Weeks To A Nourished Soul. This is what I call an active workbook. In it are questions for you to ask yourself and activities to do. You can choose to do one each day in the four week time period or do them all in one week. It’s up to you.
The goal is to help people take action, take affirmative steps, toward feeling better about themselves and their lives.
This book is for anyone who likes to take control of their life, instead of feeling like they are being sucked under and spit out by riptides, and for anyone who may be seeing a therapist and feeling like they aren’t making any progress. Personally, I’ve been through both which lead me to the path of writing this book.
Life will always have its challenges, that’s why it’s important to know how to pick yourself up, to know how to maintain your well being and to know that you are always worthy of all things great in this world.
